If your license is subscription, you have to activate it online using your account and password.

Go to Start > All Programs > Right PDF Pro > License Information OR:

Open Right PDF Editor and go to Help > License information.
Open Right PDF Converter, click on Support and “License information”.

In the Right PDF License Information window, click on “Activate”.

Choose "Account".

Enter your Right PDF account and password, and click “Sign In”.

Activation complete.
