You can directly turn web pages to PDF with Right PDF Editor. While links and images will show and function just like the original web page, animated files will appear as still images of last frame of the animation in the result PDF.

The PDF functions just like any other PDF files, in which you can navigate by scrolling, pressing arrow keys, or using bookmarks. You may also add annotations, form fields, adjust security settings and use other features as needed.

Where to convert web pages depends on how much you want to convert:

  1. To convert selected areas of an open web page, use Right PDF printer within a browser.

  2. To convert several or all levels of a multipage website to PDF, use Right PDF Editor.

Create PDF from web page within Right PDF Editor

  1. Open Right PDF Editor and select File > New > From Web Page.

  2. In the Create PDF from Web Page dialog box, enter URL in the field box, or click Browse and locate a HTML file.

  3. Decide the number of levels to convert. Or select Get entire site to convert all levels of the website.

  4. If Get only _ level(s) is selected, select one or both of the following options:

    • Stay on same path. Converts only web pages subordinate to the specified URL.

    • Stay on same server. Converts only web pages stored on the same server.

  1. Click Settings… and change the selected options in the Web Page Conversion Settings as needed. Click OK.

  2. Click Create.
