You can use Cascade to arrange all open documents in a cascade view, except the documents minimized on the taskbar. Make sure all documents you want to cascade are visible on the desktop before applying Cascade and leave those you don’t want to cascade minimized on the taskbar.


Before cascading

  1. Open all PDF documents you want to cascade. Expand to make them all visible on the desktop.

  2. Minimize the documents you do not want to cascade on the taskbar.


Cascade document windows

  1. In any of the open documents you want to apply cascade view, choose View > Window > Cascade .

  2. All visible document windows are arranged in a cascade, and the documents minimized to the taskbar are not included.
