Converting the currently open PDF file and a large number of PDF files are very different use cases to which you need to pay attention when deciding which application you are going to use.

If you are working with Right PDF Editor, you can use either Save As or Export to convert a currently open PDF file to other file types, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), image formats, and text file.

Alternatively, you can use Right PDF Converter to convert a large number of PDF files to a file type you specify in batch.
