The robust editing features let you format and edit text with ease. You can revise text, change text attributes such as font, font size and color, or adjust paragraph types, word spacing and word shading.

  1. Open a PDF file and use the Convert to Writable feature.

  2. In the Convert to Writable dialog box, select either Document or Form depending on the content of you document. Click Convert and enter Write mode.

  3. In Write mode, select the text your wish to edit in one of the following ways and proceed to edit:

    • Click to insert the cursor.

    • Click-drag to select multiple characters.

    • Double-click to select an entire word.

    • Triple-click to select the entire text block.

  1. Go to Home > Font/Paragraph or right-click on the selected text and select Font… or Paragraph… from the options to change text attributes or paragraph options as needed.
