You can go back to the page locations you viewed earlier by using the Previous View and Next View options on the View tab or Page viewing controls bar at the bottom of the work area. Not only is viewing history capable of remembering the page locations you have viewed, it also brings back page zoom, orientation, and layout settings at the time of viewing.

Click the Previous View button (A) to retrace your viewing path.
Click the Next View button (B) to see another part of your path.
