Right PDF lets you share the entire document or just a part of it by email or by supported cloud add-ins.


Sharing PDFs by email

You can share the whole document or just a part of it using your email application.

  1. Open a PDF file and do either of the following:

    • Choose Share > Send > Email .

    • Choose File > Email.

  1. In the Email dialog box, select the Whole Document, Current Page, a range of pages, or selected pages. Enter a value if necessary. Click OK.

  2. In the pop-up window of your default email client application, the PDF file you want to send is enclosed as an email attachment with the file name automatically set as the email subject.

  3. Edit email content and enter email addresses for recipients as needed. Click Send.


Sharing PDFs by supported cloud add-ins

You can use Dropbox and Evernote add-ins to upload the document quickly. Please note you need to install the applications before using their add-ins.

  1. Open a PDF file in Right PDF Editor and choose Share > Send.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • To upload the current PDF to your Evernote account, click Send to Evernote .

    • To upload the current PDF to your Dropbox account, click Send to Dropbox .
