Microsoft Azure Information Protection (AIP)
Microsoft’s Azure Information Protection (AIP) offers a method to protect important documents with security policies. As administrator, you can set up permissions for other Microsoft accounts, and only authorized accounts can access protected documents. Secure a PDF file with AIP

Open a PDF file in Right PDF Editor.

Choose Security > Protection > Microsoft Azure Information Protection
. Click Yes to allow changing the security settings of the document.
*If this is your first time using AIP you need to enter your Microsoft username and password (admin).

In Labels dialog box, choose a policy (configured by the administrator) that suits your needs.

Save the document to apply your security settings. You will see the document is protected by Microsoft Azure Information Protection in the Security Method drop-down menu in Document Properties.

Now you can distribute the protected document. When someone attempts to open it with Right PDF, a Microsoft login window will appear, and only authorized accounts can open the document.
