Format paragraphs
Using Styles correctly is the most efficient way to create a consistent, well-formatted document. Typically, there are different kinds of paragraphs in a document, such as a title, headings, sub-headings, and captions, making it crucial to format consistently. For example, we may want to adopt a smaller, lighter font for body text, while a larger, heavier font for titles.
In Write mode, simply use Styles, i.e. a collection of formatting options, to format each kind of paragraph in your document. All styles are listed in the Styles panel
on the left side of the Right PDF Editor window.
You can also personalize a style by modifying its Font (e.g. font style, color, or effects) and Paragraph (e.g. alignment, indentation, spacing, Numbering or Bullet).
