You can check your Right PDF products with a perpetual license by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center, and select "License Manager" from the dropdown menu at the top right.

 

  1. On the "License Manager" page, the upper section displays products with a "Perpetual" license type.

Tip: The lower section displays products with a Subscription license type. To manage subscription licenses, refer to: Check/Manage Subscription Licenses.

In this section, you can view the following details about your licenses: Product name, Order ID, License types, and additional details including:

  • Usage. Displays the total number of licenses and those currently in use, formatted as Activated/Total Licenses.

  • SMS expires on. If you have purchased an SMS (Software Maintenance Service), the expiry date will be displayed.

  • Operations: You can check or modify your licenses using the Operations button. The available features include:

 (Note: Available operations may vary based on your product type or license status. Only applicable feature buttons will be displayed; unavailable options will be hidden.)

  • Download: Download installer of the product.

  • Show SN: View the license serial number of the product.

  • Unbind SN: Remove the serial number from your account. With this feature, you can transfer the license to another account. For details, refer to: Unbind SN (serial number).

  • Clear activation: Clear all activation records of the SN.

*Note:

Using this feature will reset the activation records for all licenses. After a period, the software on all activated computers will revert to trial mode and require reactivation. For details, refer to: Clear activation.
