To manage your product licenses in Right PDF Account Center, you must bind a serial number to a Right PDF account beforehand.

  • If you purchased a Right PDF product from the Right PDF Store using your Right PDF account, the license serial number will be automatically bound to your account upon payment completion.

  • If you purchased through other channels or did not sign in with a Right PDF account when buying from Right PDF Store, you can manually bind the license serial number to your Right PDF account. Follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center. If you do not have a Right PDF account, create an account first.
       

    2. Select "Bind serial number" from the dropdown menu at the top right.

       

    3. On the "My Account" page, enter your Right PDF product's "License code" (same as the serial number) and the email used for purchase in the "Email" field, then click "Bind Now."

*Note:

You must enter and verify the "Email" before binding the serial number to your Right PDF account.

  • If you purchased the product from a reseller, enter the same email used for your original order.

  • If you purchased the product from the Right PDF Store, enter the email used at the time of purchase.

    1. Once the binding is completed, the product license information will be displayed on the "My Account" page. Select "License Manager" from the dropdown menu at the top right to view it.
