About Right PDF Enterprise License Manager

*Note:

This feature is currently available only for account that include a total of 10 or more perpetual licenses.

This feature allows you to view license activation details, including the device on which the license is used, the device's IP address, and the activation time. Additionally, you can deactivate the license for a specific device.


Check licenses activation records

  1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center, and select "License Manager" from the top-right dropdown menu.

 

  1. In the "Perpetual" section, find the license you want to check and click the "Enterprise License Manager" button in the "Operations" column.

     

  2. On the "Right PDF Enterprise License Manager" page, you will see a list of activated devices, including the computer name, IP address(es), activation time, and other relevant details.

The information available on the Right PDF Enterprise License Manager page includes:

  • Computer name: The name of the device where the license is activated.

* You can find the device name in the computer's device specifications (Windows 10: Start → Settings → System → About → Device specifications).

  • IP: The IP address recorded at the time of the first activation on this computer.

  • Time: The date and time when the license was activated on this computer.

Deactivate an activated license

  1. To deactivate a specific device, find the device on the "Right PDF Enterprise License Manager" page and click Deactivate. Click Confirm in the pop-up window to proceed.

 

  1. Once deactivation is completed, refreshing the page will show the device has been removed and one license freed up.


Export license activation records

You can export the current license activation records as an Excel file for easy tracking and management.

  1. Click Export to Excel on the top-left of the "Right PDF Enterprise License Manager" page to save the record as an Excel file.

 

  1. The exported Excel file contains license product details and activation records, providing a comprehensive overview of license usage.


Add notes to license activation records

To efficiently manage a large number of licenses, you can use the "Note" feature to add annotations to activation records, allowing you to quickly identify the user or status of each record.

  1. On the "Right PDF Enterprise License Manager" page, locate the activation record you want to annotate, then click Edit in the "Note" column to add or modify a note.

 

  1. On the "Note" page, add a note to the license as reference, and click Save button.

  1. Once saved, the note you entered will appear in the Note column on the Right PDF Enterprise License Manager page. If you need to modify the note, just click Edit again.
