If you have lost your Right PDF product license code, you can retrieve it through the following methods:

If you purchased a boxed version of the software, the serial number should be on a sticker inside the box or on the CD case. If you lose the serial number before binding it to your account, we will be unable to retrieve it.

Retrieve serial number from Your Right PDF Account

  • If you have registered a Right PDF account and already bound the serial number to your account, you can retrieve it through the following steps:

    1. Sign in to your account at Right PDF Account Center.
       

    2. Select "License Manager" from the dropdown menu at the top right.

       

    3. In the "Perpetual" section, click the "Show SN" icon in the "Operations" column to view your serial number.

 

  • If you purchased the license serial number through Right PDF Store without binding it:

    1. Sign in to or register at Right PDF Account Center.
       

    2. Select "Retrieve serial number" from the dropdown menu at the top right.

       

    3. On the "Retrieve serial number" page, enter the email address used to purchase this SN. We will send the serial number to your email.

Check the email you used when purchasing Right PDF products. Search for an email with the subject "Thanks for buying from Zeon Online Store" or from the following senders:

  • Right PDF products: onlinestore@rightpdf.com / onlinestore@gaaiho.com

  • DocuCom products (discontinued): onlinestore@pdfwizard.com
