Manage license usage
The subscription version of Right PDF requires users to sign in with a Right PDF account and password to access the software. Additionally:

A Right PDF account can only be signed in on one computer at a time.

If your subscription license includes multiple users, each user must have their own Right PDF account.

These Right PDF accounts must be assigned permissions before they can use the software.

Add users

Sign in to Right PDF Account Center and select "License Manager" from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

In the "Subscription" section, locate the product you want to assign licenses to, and click the
License Manager icon in the "Operations" column.

On the "Manage license usage" page, click Add users button.

On the "License Allocation_Add Users" page, enter the user's "Email account" and "Name" (optional), and click OK to complete.
*Note:
The user's email address must be registered as a Right PDF account before a license can be assigned to it.
After completing the required information and clicking "OK", a License Allocation Notice will be sent to the newly added email addresses. Users can follow the instructions in the email to register as a Right PDF member and start using the software.

If you have multiple unallocated licenses, you can use the "Add Fields" or "Batch Edit" options to add multiple users efficiently:

Add fields: Adds an additional entry field for a new user.

Delete: Removes an entry field.

Batch edit: Allows you to add multiple users at once, which is useful for large-scale user assignments. For details, please refer to: Batch add license users.

Once users are added, the newly assigned accounts will appear in the user list on the "Manage License Usage" page

Additionally, the system will send a License Allocation Notice to the newly added email addresses. If a user does not yet have a Right PDF account, they can follow the instructions in the email to register an account and start using the software.

Batch add license users
To add a large number of users, you can use the "Batch edit" feature to edit multiple entries at once.

On the "License Allocation_Add Users" page, click Batch edit.

In the field of "Edit multiple" page, enter the users' email addresses and names, then click OK.
*Note:
Separate the email and name with a comma (,). For multiple entries, use a line break (Enter) to separate them.
Example format:
marilyn4522@test.com,Marilyn
percy3965@test.com,Percy Yao
hughes2589@test.com,Hughes Lo

After completing the above steps, the entered user information will be added to the "License Allocation - Add Users" page. Once all the information has been verified, click OK to allocate licenses to these users.

Manage license users
On the "Manage license usage" page, you can view the license allocation list of user accounts and perform the following actions:

Edit: Modify the user's name.

Delete: Remove a user account. (Once deleted, the user will no longer be able to use the assigned product license.)
Tip: The user account (email) cannot be changed. If you need to update a user's email, delete the existing user account and add a new one with the correct email.
