You can check your Right PDF subscription licenses through the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center and select "License Manager" from the dropdown menu at the top right corner.

     

  2. In the lower section of the "License Manager" page, you will see the "Subscription" products you have purchased.

Tip: The upper section of the page displays perpetual product licenses. For more information, please refer to: Check/Manage licenses for perpetual products.

In this section, you can view the following information about your licenses: Product name, Order ID, License types, License count, Expiry date and additional details including:

  • Status:

    • Active: The license is valid. You can sign in to the product to access full features, receive technical support, and get updates.

    • Expiring: This status appears within 30 days before the license expiration date. A reminder will be sent to you. To ensure uninterrupted product access, it is recommended to click "Add More Users and/or Time" to extend the license period.

    • Expired: This status appears after the license has expired. You will no longer be able to use the product. To reactivate the license, click "Add More Users and/or Time" to extend the usage period.

    • Add more users and (or) time: Regardless of the license status, you can use this feature to purchase additional users or extend the license period. For details, please refer to: Add more users and extend license time

  • Operations: Use this feature to view or modify your license information. Available features including:

    • Download installer: Download the product's installation file.

    • Manage license usage: View or allocate licenses to users. For details, please refer to: Manage license usage.
