If you receive the error message "Activation limit reached" during online activation, it means your license has reached its maximum usage. To proceed, you must deactivate the license on previously activated computers to free up a slot.

If deactivation is not possible due to a damaged or inaccessible computer, use the "Clear Activation" feature to remove previous activation records and reactivate the product.

*Note:

You can clear the activation records through the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center and select "License Manager" from the top-right dropdown menu.

 

  1. In the "Perpetual" section, find the license you want to clear activations, and click the "Clear activation" button in the "Operations" column.

 

  1. On the "Clear activation record" page, verify the license information. If you want to clear all activation records, click Clear Activation record at the bottom.

*Note:

If your serial number covers multiple licenses, using "Clear Activation" will apply to all of them. This means you can continue using the software for a limited time before it reverts to a trial version and requires reactivation.

  1. Once the activation record is cleared, all licenses will be released, and the activation count will reset to zero. You can then activate the license on a new computer.
