Buy licenses

You can add more users to your license by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center and select "License Manager" from the top-right dropdown menu.

     

  2. In the "Perpetual" section, find the license you want to add more users. Click on the "Upgrade/Buy Additional Users" button in the "Operations" column.

     

  3. On the "Add more users and (or) time" page, specify the additional users you want to purchase. Confirm the customer information and payment options. Click the "Buy now" button to complete.

*Note:

To add more users, your product must be updated to the latest version. If it isn’t, click the Upgrade/Buy Additional Users icon to be redirected to the Upgrade License page. You must complete the upgrade before adding users.

  1. Once the payment is complete, your license serial number will activate the newly purchased quantity.

Upgrade licenses

You can upgrade your license to the latest version through the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center and select "License Manager" from the top-right dropdown menu.

 

  1. In the "Perpetual" section, find the license you want to upgrade and click the "Upgrade/Buy Additional Users" button in the "Operations" column.

 

  1. On the Upgrade License page, you can view your current license, the upgraded license details, and the associated costs. After reviewing the information, enter your customer details, select a payment option, and click Buy Now to proceed.

  1. Once the payment is complete, your license will be upgraded to the latest version. Download and install the latest version of the product to start using it.

Note:

After the upgrade is complete, you will receive a new license serial number. Use this new serial number for future activations, as the old one will be immediately invalid.
