You can purchase additional users or extend the subscription period for your existing subscription license. Please refer to the instructions below based on your specific needs.

Add users

To increase the number of users for your subscription license, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center and select "License Manager" from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

     

  2. In the "Subscription" section, find the product you want to add users, and click Add more users and (or) time in the "STATUS" column.

     

  3. On the "Add more users and (or) time" page:

    1. In the "Add users" field, enter the number of additional user licenses you want to purchase.

    2. Verify the customer information, select a payment method, and click Buy now at the bottom of the page to proceed.

*Note:

Leave the "Renewal period" field blank if you are not purchasing an extension.


If you only need to purchase additional users, simply fill in the "Add users" field.

Tip:

The cost of additional users will be calculated based on the remaining days before the license expiration date.

For example, if License A has 100 days remaining before expiration and you add 2 users; the system will automatically calculate the cost as:

2 (users) × 100 (days) = Total Cost, based on the current product pricing.

 

  1. After completing the payment, the number of users for the subscription license will be updated, allowing you to allocate licenses to new users.

Extend license period

If you want to extend the subscription period for your license, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center and select "License Manager" from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

     

  2. In the "Subscription" section, find the product you want to extend the license, and click Add more users and (or) time in the "STATUS" column.

     

  3. On the "Add more users and (or) time" page:

    1. In the Renewal Period field, enter the desired extension period and select either "Year(s)" or "Month(s)" from the drop-down menu.

    2. Verify the customer information, choose a payment method, and click "Buy Now" at the bottom of the page to proceed.

*Note:

The "Add Users" field does not need to be filled in—simply leave it blank if you are only extending the subscription period.


If you only need to extend the subscription period, simply fill in the "Renewal period" field.

 

  1. After completing the payment, the license validity period will be extended, allowing you to continue using the software until the new expiration date.

Add users and extend license period

You can purchase additional users and extend the usage period for your subscription licenses at the same time. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center and select "License Manager" from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

     

  2. In the "Subscription" section, find the product you want to purchase additional users or extend the usage period, then click Add more users and (or) time in the "STATUS" column.

     

  3. On the "Add More Users and (or) Time" page:

    1. In the "Add users" field, enter the number of additional user licenses you want to purchase.

    2. In the "Renewal period" field, enter the period you want to extend and select either "Year(s)" or "Month(s)" from the drop-down menu.

    3. Verify the customer information, select a payment method, and click "Buy Now" to proceed.

Tip:

When purchasing additional users and extending the subscription period at the same time, the total cost is calculated as follows:

(Additional Users × Remaining Days of Current License) + (Total Users × Extended Period)

Example:

  • License B currently has 1 user with 100 days remaining before expiration.

  • You want to purchase 3 additional users and extend the license by 1 year.

The system will calculate the cost as:
(3 additional users × 100 remaining days) + (Total 4 users × 1 year of extended usage)

Both amounts will be added together to determine the total payment required.

 

  1. After completing the payment, the license will be updated to reflect the new number of users and the extended usage period, allowing continued access based on the updated terms.
