Unbind SN (serial number)

A license can only be bound to one Right PDF account at a time, meaning it cannot be linked to multiple accounts simultaneously. If you need to transfer the license to another user, you must first unbind the serial number from your account. Once unbound, the serial number can be reassigned to a different account.

To unbind your serial number, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to Right PDF Account Center. Select "License Manager" from the dropdown menu at the top right.
   
    

2. In the "Perpetual" section, find the license SN you want to unbind, and click the " Unbind SN" icon in the "Operations" column.
   
    

3. Follow the instructions on the "Unbind license" page:

   1. Confirm the product serial number, and then click the "Unbind license" button.
      
       

   2. After filling in the "Reason to unbind", click Continue.
      
       

   3. Enter your Right PDF account name and password, and click Continue.
      
       

   4. Once the account and password are successfully verified, the unbinding process will be completed.
