Convert bookmarks to Table of Contents (TOC)
You can convert bookmarks and the hierarchy thereof to a Table of Contents. The generated TOC retains the page numbers and links. You can also remove, update, and export the generated page of Table of Contents.
To convert bookmarks to Table of Contents

Open a PDF file that contains bookmarks or create bookmarks.

Establish a bookmark hierarchy as needed. See Build a bookmark hierarchy.

In the Bookmarks panel, click the Bookmarks Panel Option button and select Create Table of Contents… from the options.

In the Table of Contents Settings dialog box, the tabs offer the following settings:

Contents. Select a display level and a style of symbol-line. Then, determine whether page numbers should be displayed and right-aligned. You can then select a predefined format from the Format drop-down menu. To customize the appearance, select Custom and click Edit….

Contents Page. Give it a name, define its size, and determine its position within the document. Click Appearance… to reformat a Table of Contents title if needed.

Click OK.
To remove a Table of Contents
All pages of TOC will be removed from the document and all actions linked to the TOC will be disabled. Optionally, you can delete a page of TOC using the Remove Table of Contents command from the options menu in the Bookmarks panel or using Page Thumbnails to delete the page.
Update a Table of Content
You can use the Update Table of Contents commands to update the TOC if you added or removed bookmarks or if the pagination of the document has been changed, as a result of inserting a blank page or deleting a page.

In the Bookmarks panel, click the Bookmarks Panel Option button
and select Update Table of Contents.

A message appears informing all actions linked to the TOC will become invalid once updated.

Click Yes to proceed.

Export the Table of Contents

In the Bookmarks panel, click the Bookmarks Panel Option button
and select Export Table of Contents….

In the Table of Contents Settings dialog box, make changes to its appearance and display settings. Click OK.

In the Save dialog box, name the file to export and locate a path to save it. Click Save.
