It is possible to create PDFs from different file types within Right PDF, without having to open them in their native applications.

You are able to select one or multiple files and directly open all of them as PDF documents in Right PDF. All the selected files are converted separately and opened in respective PDF documents.


Create PDF from a single document

  1. Choose File > New > From File.

  2. Select Create Single File. In the Open dialog box, select the file to convert. You can browse all file types or select a type from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click Open to convert the file to a PDF.

  4. When the new PDF opens, choose File > Save or File > Save as, and then give it a name and specify a location to save.


Create PDFs from multiple files

You can create PDFs from files of supported formats directly within Right PDF. This method is especially useful when you need to convert a large number of mixed files to PDF.

  1. Choose File > New > From File .

  2. Select Create Multiple Files. In the Right PDF Converter window, click the Add button at the top and choose files to convert. Click Open.

  3. To delete, remove all, and/or arrange the order of selected files:

    • Click on one file or hold down Ctrl to select files. Click Delete to delete selected files.

    • Click Clear to remove all files from the list.

    • Click on one or hold down Ctrl to select files. Click either Up or Down to move them forward or backward.

  4. Click the Convert button.

  5. In Save As dialog box, enter the file name and choose a location to save. Click Save.

  6. View the results in Conversion Result dialog box.


Overlay multiple files into one PDF

The contents of selected source files can be overlaid. At least two source files or above are required.

  1. Choose File > New > From File .

  2. Select Overlay Multiple Files. In the Overlay File window, click the Add button at the top and choose files to be overlaid as one PDF document. Click Open.

  3. To delete, remove all, and /or arrange the order of selected files:

    • Click on one file or hold down Command to select files. Click Delete to delete selected files.

    • Click Clear to remove all files from the list.

    • Click on one or hold down Command to select files. Click either Up or Down to move them forward or backward.

  4. You can click Options and select a location for overlaying in Overlay Option dialog box.

  5. Click the Overlay files button.

  6. In the Save As dialog box, select a location to save and click Save.

  7. See results in the Overlay Results dialog box.
