Insert Tables and Illustrations (Write mode)
Tables and Illustrations tools serve to enrich your PDF documents, such as inserting tables to organize information or adding Picture, Clip Art, Graphic, and Screenshot as visual aids to enhance readability of documents. To modify a table, you can customize it by adding rows or columns and changing table styles. You can also use Position and Text Wrapping to arrange illustrations, including graphics, clip art images, pictures, and screenshots, and text in your document.
Insert Tables

Do any of the following to enable Write mode:

If the PDF file is opened in Review mode, use Convert to Writable to switch to Write mode.

Create a blank PDF by choosing File > New > Blank PDF.

Select a space where you want to insert a table.

Choose Insert > Tables > Table
and select the size you need or click Insert Table… and enter rows and columns manually.

(Optional)To add extra rows or columns to an existing table, click anywhere inside the table to display the Table tab (A) and the associated features. Choose Table > Insert and determine where to add extra rows and columns (B).

Insert Illustrations

Click on a space where you want to insert Picture, Clip Art, Graphic, or Screenshot.

Choose Insert > Illustrations.

For example: to insert a Screenshot, click Screenshot
and use the cross cursor to drag a rectangle as the frame.

Click Done on the toolbar under the image to apply it to the present PDF file.

(Optional) To modify position of an image, click it and you will see the Format Choose Format > Arrange and select options to reposition it.
Positioning a picture and changing text wrapping settings
You often need illustrations as visual aids to strengthen claims or help readers understand certain ideas. However, you may find it hard to move images exactly the way you want because the image has already been set in line with the text by default. In this case, you need to choose a different text wrapping setting to freely move the image around.
Position a picture
You can determine where you want to position the selected image using the given options under Position.

Open a PDF document that contains graphics, screenshots, pictures, or clip art images in Write mode. You can also add them yourself using illustrations tools (Choose Insert > Illustrations). Then you click the object to display the selection handles around the image.

Choose Format > Arrange and select Position.

Select a position option from the list.
Note: if you select In Line with Text from the Position options, the selected image stays with the text that comes before and after it.
Wrap text around a picture

Open a PDF document that contains graphics, screenshots, pictures, or clip art images in Write mode. You can also add them yourself using illustrations tools (Choose Insert > Illustrations). Then you click the object to display the selection handles around the image.

Choose Format > Arrange > Text Wrapping and select an option from the list:

Select In Line with Text to have the selected image stay with the text that comes before and after it.

Select Square to wrap text around the border of the selected image.

Select Behind Text to have the text displayed over the selected image in any circumstances.

Select In Front of Text to have the selected image displayed over the text in any circumstances.

Select Top and Bottom to make text appear at the top and bottom of the image.

Select More Layout Options… to enter the Object Properties dialog box. Click the Text Wrapping tab to change the wrapping style or define the distance between the selected image and text.
