Reusing PDF content
Export images to separate PDF files
You can save each image within PDF to a separate image file.

Open a PDF file and do one of the following:

To export an entire image, using the Select tool, click to highlight the image. On the toolbar, click the down arrow and select Save Image As… from the menu.

To export a part of an image, using the Select tool, drag an area over the image. On the toolbar, click the arrow and select Save Image As… from the menu.

In the Save As dialog, specify the file name and where you want to save the file and click Save.
Select and copy text and images
Using the Select tool, you can select and copy the selected items, such as text, images, and tables from a PDF into another application. However, if you find the text cannot be selected, the text may possibly be a part of an image. If the text cannot be cut, copied or pasted, please check if the author of the file has set permissions to copying file content.
To select and copy text

Open a PDF file that contains the content you want to copy and do either of the following to select text:

To select a part of the page (text only): using the Select tool, drag your cursor and draw a rectangle to select a part of the page. Alternatively, click-drag from an insertion point to an end point or drag diagonally over the text.

To select all text of the current page: first select Single Page from the Page Layout options on the Page Viewing controls bar. Then right-click on the page and select Select All from the menu, or press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select all text of the current page.

To select all text of a file: first select any page layout option except Single Page from the Page Layout options on the Page Viewing controls bar. Then right-click on the page and select Select All from the menu. Or, you can press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select all text.

Do one of the following to copy the selected part of the text:

Right-click on the selected text and select Copy from the menu.

Press Ctrl + C on your keyboard.

Choose Basic > Clipboard > Copy
.
To paste copied text
You can paste copied text into bookmarks, comments or documents in other applications, such as Word or Excel.
To select and copy images

Open a PDF file that contains images and do either of the following to select the Select tool:

Using the Select tool, select an entire image or just a part of an image by doing the following:

To select an entire image, hover the cursor over the image and then click on it while the cross-hair pointer The entire image is highlighted.

To select a part of an image, hover the cursor over the image and the cross-hair pointer appears. Click-drag to specify an area to be copied.

Do the following to copy the selected part of the image:

Press Ctrl + C on your keyboard.

Right-click on the selected part of the image and select Copy Image from the options menu.

Choose Basic > Clipboard > Copy.
To paste the selected image
You can directly paste the copied part of an image into documents in other applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Open the program you want to paste the copied image to.

Click on the place where you want the image to appear and press Ctrl+ V on your keyboard.

Select an image (Left) Select a part of an image (Mid) Select text by dragging from an insertion point to an end point or by dragging diagonally over text (Right).
Select Area
You can select an area on the page and copy, export or print the content.

Open a PDF file and choose Basic > Basic Tools > Select Area.

Click-drag a rectangle on the page. A menu appears when you finish dragging, and you can do the following:

Copy. Copy the selected area to the clipboard or to other applications.

Select the whole page. Replace the current selection with the whole page.

Deselect all. Deselect the area.

Create Stamp Model. Use the selected area to create a stamp.
