Format paragraphs
Using Styles correctly is the most efficient way to create a consistent, well-formatted document.
In Write mode, simply use Styles, i.e. a collection of formatting options, to format each kind of paragraph in your document. All styles are listed in the Styles panel
on the left side of the Right PDF window. You can also personalize a style by modifying its Font and Paragraph.
How to apply a style to a paragraph

In Write mode, select a paragraph and choose Home.

Define the role the paragraph plays in the document. Click the thumbnail of the style you want to apply to the selected text. It could be a caption, a title, normal body text, or a heading.

Modify a style

There are three ways to open the Modify Style dialog box:

On the Home menu, choose Styles, right-click on a style and choose Modify….

Click on Styles
to open the Styles panel. Right-click on a style and choose Modify….

In the Styles panel, choose a style and click Modify Style
.

In the Modify Style dialog box, edit properties and formatting options. You can click Format to format font, paragraph and numbering.
