Move or copy a page within a PDF

The Duplicate Pages feature copies pages in a PDF document. Specify the pages to copy and where to place the copied pages within the document. The number of copies you specify must be between 1 and 50.

  1. Open the PDF document with Right PDF Editor.

  2. Choose Document > Page > Duplicate(you need to enter the Pages field manually this way); or open the Page Thumbnails panel, right-click the page thumbnail and choose Duplicate pages… from the menu.

  3. In the Page Range section of the Duplicate pages dialog box, the page number of the selected page is automatically entered in the Selected field. You can select Range to specify the range of pages to copy, or select Current Page to copy the current page. Then in the Destination section, decide where to place the copied pages in the document.

  4. Specify the number of copies. Use the up and down arrows to edit the value. Right PDF does not allow more than 50 copies.

  5. Click OK.

*Copy a page using Page Thumbnails: Click the page thumbnail you want to copy, and Ctrl-drag it to a new location.
