What is Terminal Server License?

Terminal Server License is a PDF solution specifically designed for remote desktop environment. To access the software, users have to connect to the server, which also helps organizations reduce deployment costs and centralize software management.

Still confused? See the explanation:

  • • In practical use, assume you have a Per-seat License with 5 copies, the server will only accept 5 computers linking up.
  • • If you've purchased 7 users for the Concurrent License, the server will only accept up to 7 connections anytime.
  • • If you've purchased a level 2 Per-cap License, you can convert up to a total of 1000 pages/100 files per 24 hours, and any number of users can connect to the server.

TSL Conversion Capacity

  • If the PDFs created reaches the capacity limit of the license you purchased (both number of pages and files per day), Right PDF Converter will stop processing and resume after a 24-hour cycle. When you first install the software, the reset point is exactly 24 hours after the installation, regardless of the minute.
  • For instance, if the product was installed at 3:13 pm or 3:56 pm, the meter will reset at 3 pm on the next day. Afterwards, if the time of the first file converted after 3 pm is 5:48, then 5 pm will be the new reset point, and so forth. In other words, the next reset point will always conform to the time you first convert a file after the previous reset point. You may purchase higher capacities if necessary.
