To delete one or multiple links

  1. Click on the link you want to delete or hold down Command to select multiple links.

  2. Press the Delete key on your keyboard or select Basic > Delete to delete them all.

To remove web links

Using the Remove Web Links, you are able to remove all web links or links on certain pages within the document.

  1. Choose Document > Remove Web Links. Click Yes in the popup dialog box

  2. In the Remove Web Links dialog box, select All, Current Page or specify a page range.

  3. Click OK.

Note: Remove Web Links removes only links that link to websites and will not affect other links. The operation cannot be undone, so make sure you would like to proceed it before clicking OK.
