Right PDF provides a powerful search engine that helps you run fast and effective searches. You can search the currently open document, documents in an external folder, Portfolio documents and any location on your hard drive. There are two ways to look for the text you want: Find is for running a quick and simple search, while Search for locating specific words, phrases, contents of multiple PDFs, files in a folder, or indexes. You may also freely move the Find or Search window on the screen by click-drag action.

To speed up searching large numbers of related PDF documents, define a catalog of PDFs to create a full-text index and then choose to search the PDF index instead of the documents themselves.
