Most features will become locked when the trail period comes to an end unless you activate it with a valid license, which is usually found in your order confirmation email. ZEON does not collect or transfer any personal information during activation.

Online Activation

If your computer has internet connection, follow the steps below to activate online:

Run the app. Go to Menu Bar and choose “Right PDF” > “License Information”.
In " License Information," click "Activate".
Choose "License Code" and click “Online”. Your license code can be found in your order confirmation email, and it should look like this: AA11-BB22-CC33-DD44-EE55-FF66-GG77-HH88
Online activation complete.

Offline activation

This is the only way to activate Right PDF If your computer does not have internet connection. First you need to export an activation data file, move it to a computer with network connection, and upload it to our activation server. Here are the steps:

Run the app. Go to Menu Bar and choose “Right PDF” > “License Information”.

In " License Information," click "Activate".
Choose "Offline".
Enter the 32 digit License Code, then click "Activate". You will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the license code after purchase.
Click "Next" to save the .htm file.
Copy the saved activation data file to any computer with internet access, and use a browser to open file.
Click "Upload" on the web page.
Click to download "License File" with .zna extension.
Copy the .zna license file back to the computer installed with Right PDF. Click the icon at the center of the window to open the license file (.zna).
Offline activation complete.

Note:

The file ActivationData.htm can only be used to activate the product once. If you encounter error after clicking “Upload,” go back to step 1 and start over.
If you have multiple activation data files, take the latest one.
